Wedding Planning Service Inclusions:
- An event manager to assist you with your wedding needs with unlimited prompt assistance via e-mail, messenger, video and phone calls until your wedding day, and manage, organize, and coordinate your wedding day
- Face-to-face meetings and consultations at your convenience
- Assistance in finding, liaising, booking, coordinating, and making payments to vendors according to your wedding needs and preferences
- Assistance in creating rundown, layout, and seating charts for your wedding
- Arranging meetings with venues and vendors
- Rehearsal with wedding celebrant and bridal parties prior to wedding date
- Assistance in group booking and transportation for guests' accommodation
- Full coordination on your wedding day by our event manager and our team of 7 to help coordinate your wedding day to run smoothly
NOTE
- Additional person is charged at USD 51 net for additional chair, flower shower, programme, welcome drink, and dinner.
- This package is applicable for low seasons only. High and peak seasons surcharges apply.
- This package can still be customized according to your need.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Price is net with tax inclusions.
- Price is to be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using our bookkeeping rate USD 1 = IDR 14,000 (subject to change).
- Price is subject to change without prior notice before booking is confirmed.
- Down payment of 50% is required for booking confirmation.
- A surcharge of 3% is applicable if payment is to be made with credit or debit card.
- Payment should be settled within 7 days after invoice is issued.
- Payment must be free of any bank charges.
- Full payment should be settled 30 days prior to event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 50% charge of total amount is applicable if cancellation is made after deposit is paid.
- 100% charge of total amount is applicable if cancellation is made within 30 days to wedding date.
