Legal Wedding Arrangements

foreign citizen requirements:

• ‘Letter of No Impediment to Marriage’ issued by your Consular Representative for Bali or Indonesia;
• Passports
• Four 4×6 cm photos, both partners side by side
• Certified birth certificate
• Certified divorce decree or death certificates regarding the termination of all previous marriages if any

Note: to get the letter of no impediment to marriage, it is required to book an appointment with the consulate in advance. Please make sure you book an appointment prior to coming to Bali, and give 2 to 3 days prior to your wedding day.

• Akta Kelahiran
• Surat Baptis
• Surat keterangan belum menikah dari kelurahan dan kecamatan KTP (harus diurus dari kelurahan dan kecamatan KTP setempat sebelum datang ke Bali)
• 4 pasfoto bersama bersebelahan 4x6
